Setup

Sit on a bench with back support. Hold a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height, with your palms facing your body and elbows bent.

How to perform

  1. Press the dumbbells upward.
  2. As you press, rotate your wrists so that your palms face forward at the top.
  3. Reverse the motion to return to the starting position.
