Setup
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, arms by your sides.
How to perform
- Lower into a squat and place your hands on the floor.
- Jump your feet back to a plank position.
- Perform a push-up.
- Jump your feet back towards your hands.
- Explosively jump up, reaching your arms overhead.
Form cues
- Keep your core engaged throughout the movement.
- Land softly when you jump.
- Maintain a neutral spine.
Common mistakes
- Letting the hips sag during the plank.
- Not performing a full range of motion in the push-up.
- Losing core tension.
