Setup

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, arms by your sides.

How to perform

  1. Lower into a squat and place your hands on the floor.
  2. Jump your feet back to a plank position.
  3. Perform a push-up.
  4. Jump your feet back towards your hands.
  5. Explosively jump up, reaching your arms overhead.

Form cues

  • Keep your core engaged throughout the movement.
  • Land softly when you jump.
  • Maintain a neutral spine.

Common mistakes

  • Letting the hips sag during the plank.
  • Not performing a full range of motion in the push-up.
  • Losing core tension.
